B12 INJECTION

B12 INJECTION

B12 or Cobalamin plays a significant role in several biologic functions. Vitamin B12 is necessary for the proper development and function of blood cells, nerves, brain, memory, metabolism, and other parts of the body. B12 can also help convert fat and carbohydrates into energy. Low B12 levels have also been linked with ADHD.

Our B12 shot is the natural form called methylcobalamin or hydroxycobalamin. These forms are bioactive and do not release cyanide that is found in the synthetic cyanocobalamin form that may cause damage to the kidneys.

How often should I get a B12 injection?

Frequency depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly injections, while others may need them less often. It’s best to discuss the right schedule with your provider.

Are B12 injections safe?

Yes, vitamin B12 injections are considered safe when administered appropriately. Side effects are rare and usually mild, such as slight soreness at the injection site.

Will I feel an immediate boost in energy?

Some people notice improved energy within a day or two, while for others, the benefits are more gradual. Results vary based on your current B12 levels and overall health.
